trust in the Lord

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him,

and He will make your paths straight.

Prov 3:5-6

Do not put your trust in princes,

in mortal men, who cannot save...

Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob,

whose hope is in the Lord his God,

the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them---

the Lord, who remains faithful forever

Psalm 146:3,5-6

Today I need to remember to put my trust in Him. When worries and fear overwhelm me, I need to allow Him to be in control, allow Him  to show me His plans, allow Him to lead me beside quiet waters. He is good, faithful and true. Lean on His everlasting arms.
